We also used many of our ideas for our video. For example we used the flicking of the I phone images in the video because we thought the idea was very clever and entertaining for the audience. In our video we didn’t have a story within the music video because most of Examples videos don’t have a story and so decided not to have a specific story to this. Most music videos of this genre would have narrative parts, although we didn’t include direct narrative, we added scenes of the performers where they weren’t lip synching and paying no attention to the camera, these for example include when the performer is dancing and when he is looking at the scenery.
I think with the with the time given to produce this video we did well to produce the music video, as it is shows many conventions of a real media product. We shot the video in various locations and had a lot of lip syncing in this. Also we edited the video just as any other video to give it that professional look. We did continuity editing in our music video so that the audience is not distracted by the transaction and used various transactions to make the video look professional.
I would say our music video uses the same principals and techniques as Examples but what we did was use our ideas and our creative sense to make a video of our own using our ideas.
The audience feedback showed we had some mixed reviews, some people where fans of our video others were not.
The reviews ranged from people saying the liked how the video managed to tell the story behind the music, the song by Example has some dance elements telling a story of youth and freedom and some people thought that our video managed to portray that through our use of different shots and locations. The reviews also told of how people liked the link between the up tempo parts of the song with a more up tempo feel to the video.
Other positive reviews where that, the editing was fast paced and was in time to the song and reviews praised the lip syncing as it was in time to the music which gave the video a feel to it. However there were also negative reviews and these ranged from people who said that our editing was slightly random and didn’t have an order to it , they carried on to say to improve our shots should have been more ordered to suit the song and at times should have been slower.
People also said they would have liked to have seen some more different camera angles and different shot ranges during the video showing the main characters. And some of the people disliked the use of green screen while others liked it.
Over all we had some mixed reviews from the people who viewed. We however see this as a positive thing because it allows us to do what we did well and what we would need to improve on if we where to embark on a project like this in future.
Technology was used throughout our project from the research to planning to the evaluation. Media technology has benefited us very much making many tasks much easier to do and made many of our tasks completed more professional.
During the research stage the Internet (YouTube), when analyzing other music videos was very beneficial as it gave us the chance to see other professional videos, which gave us ideas on what to include in our music video. Because of the internet, we were able to access global music videos from various countries giving us a wider knowledge on music videos. This allowed us to understand fully how to target a specific audience. We found out that different music videos used different styles and context when targeting a different audience. During our research, we also used Google maps to look at potential locations for our music video. This was very useful because we could see and discuss the location sat in class than going to these various locations saving time and money.
The technology used in the planning stage was very useful. First of all the software PowerPoint on the computer was ideal to make notes on ideas for our music video, which could be sent by e-mail home so that we could make full use of our time even at home. This was useful because if we were not able to finish a task at home, we could easily send the work home so that we could complete the work there. The Internet came in handy again during the planning when we had to get the lyrics of our chosen song. The lyrics where very easy to get hold off and so we were able to annotate them easily and decide what we were doing for each stanza. After annotating our music scripts we were able to use a scanner to scan the paper and get four copies of the same notes which saved us time.
During the actual construction, mobile phones where used to communicate with all team members. This was very useful because it made communication among us so much easier and we could plan our filming day and tell each other new idea’s through the phone not wasting time. Also we communicated through Facebook as everyone in the group used Facebook and so we could also discuss idea’s and set tasks for one another through this. In addition teachers kept in touch by sending us email updating the blog if teachers had urgent notices or tasks that had to be completed. This is a fast, easy and effective method to communicate.
When making our digipack, the internet came in handy to look at other professional digipack, we could analyse them and get ideas from them to put onto our digipack. We looked at the positives and negatives of the digipack to know what was good to put on an album cover and what not to put on an album cover. To make the actual digipack we used Photoshop on the computer. This was very useful because we could edit pictures and edit them making them professional.
Constructing the actual video required using a video camera to shoot the actual footage and a memory card to within the video camera to save the footage. The memory card was then inserted into the computer where we could edit the footage using Final cut Pro. By having a memory card it made it easy to transfer the footage from the camera to the computer saving time and effort. Using Final cut Pro took much of our time because we had over 2 hours footage on our memory card of various shots and scenes for just a 4 minute music video and so we had to watch all the clips, many of which were at the same location and deleted all the unwanted footage. Even though we deleted lots of footage we still had lots of clip and footages and so we had to edit them and put it on the timeline of the song.
We also used the green screen in our music video. We used specialized green screen camera to record the footage and put a relevant background or scenery which we wouldn’t be able to in real life. Lighting was also used and managed to reduce shadow of ourselves when filming. After getting all the footage onto the timeline we had to readjust all of them again to make sure they lip synced with the music to make it professional. It was when doing this some of our video footage did not fit in with the music and so we had to redo the shots. After this Final cut Pro was also used when adding effects and transactions to the music video to make it more professional.
When making the Digipack we went to the woods to take the picture on a digital stills camera. This was very handy because we could take up to 1000 shots on the camera and so we clicked away on the camera. It was once we reviewed the shots on the camera using the preview on the camera we were able to understand what we liked about the pictures and how it could be improved. Because we could look at the pictures we were able to save time by not having o come back to college and reviewing the pictures on the computer and then going back to the location to shoot the image again because we were able to preview the picture at the location which saved all of us much time.
During the evaluation stage we produced questionnaires to fill about the music video and the digipack which was all produced on Microsoft Word. This was useful because it was easy to produce giving it a professional look and was easy to make copies of to hand out to reviewers. Also completing blog work regularly about what we did and tasks was done mostly on computer which was quick and easy to do and also to upload the work onto the blog. The tasks done on paper was easily scanned using a scanner to the blog.
In conclusion, media technology has helped us very much to complete our project successfully. If it wasn’t for media technology, our work produced would have been no where of the standard it is now and would of took more time. Media technology has helped us a lot and gave use a beeper understanding of media and this project through this.
Final cut Pro was used when editing our music video. This was the most important piece of software that we used because the whole music video was edited on this software. After filming we had over 2 hours footage on our memory card of various shots and scenes for just a 4 minute music video and so we had to watch all the clips, many of which were at the same location and deleted all the unwanted footage. Even though we deleted most of our footage we still had excess footages and so we had to edit them and put it on the timeline of the song. We edited the clips using final cut pro and inserted them onto the time line matching the beat of the song. After this we put transactions and effects onto the music video using Final cut Pro.
Photoshop
To create our album cover and magazine cover, we used software called ‘Photoshop’. We used this software because we could edit images easily by cropping pictures, changing colors and tones, adding layers, resizing images, having a variety of fonts and by rearranging images and effects to this. The program was very easy to use and gave the products that we produced that professional look to it.
YouTube
During the research stage the YouTube, when analyzing other music videos was very beneficial as it gave us the chance to see other professional videos, which gave us ideas on what to include in our music video. Because of the YouTube, we were able to access global music videos from various countries giving us a wider knowledge on music videos. This allowed us to understand fully how to target a specific audience. We found out that different music videos used different styles and context when targeting a different audience
PowerPoint
This software was used when we took note when we had our initial meeting plan. This was used because it is very easy to use and easy to take notes. Also it was very easy to edit your work if you have made a mistake.
Microsoft word
Facebook
Facebook was used throughout this project helping with the production and the evaluation. First of all we used Facebook to organize filming days and keep in contact with all of our group members. Because all members in our group where active users of the social networking Facebook we were able to stay in contact. For example, if I (Jubil) were to send a message to Gasim he would receive this not only to his computer but to his phone as well helping us to stay contact where ever we are.
In addition to this, we all posted our music video on our Facebook pages. With over 3000 friends between us on just Facebook we were able to show our video to them and ask for feedback. We received good feedback from our friends, which helped increase our confidence in the video. Facebook I would say I faster than ‘word of mouth’ because one post you put on Facebook is seen my hundreds of views helping to increase publicity of the video.
Posted by Jubil
Please note: Myself and Jubil did the same work but we did this because we thought it would be helpful because you can see how my views and his views are similar and different.
During the start of A2 media, I thought this would be very similar to AS Media because we were told we had to make a music video which I thought it would be very similar to a film which we did for AS and do a blog with this which we also did in AS. However it was only when we got more and more into the course we realised AS and A2 media are very different from each other. Firstly by completing AS Media and almost finishing A2 Media I can say A2 is much more complexed than AS. This is due to the increased workload, the increased editing/filming and the increased levels of organisation and meeting deadlines.
In regards to filming, last year we had to make the opening scene of a film. Because it was a film we didn’t have to use several shots or different angles for the same shot and so it was fairly easy to do as there where a limit to the different shots and angles you had to use. However when doing a music video, just for a single shot there could be several shots from different angles making the music video harder to film and edit making it harder to plan what shots we were going to do. This resulted in us setting an outline of our music video and using our creative ideas on filming scene. Also in a film a location is rarely repeated whereas in a music video locations switch quickly and locations are revisited continually throughout the music video making it harder to film. Because of this, we had to revisit the same locations many times which was time consuming. In addition, the film made in AS media was completely our idea as in we decided what to put in the film and how it is edited and filmed. However when doing a music video, we already have a rough outline to the music video and we have to have many idea’s to put into the music video to make the music video entertaining such as the I-phone sequence in our video to engage the audience into the music video.
In terms of editing, when doing a music video the amount of editing is considerably more that when making a film. When editing a music video the shot changes every few seconds to keep the audience interested and to keep up with our high beat and up-tempo beat. Compared to the film editing, editing was only used to show emotion and establish the atmosphere of the scene. Apart from this editing was used but not nearly as much as the music video. Editing the film in AS helped us to edit the music video because we were more used to the program ‘Final Cut Pro’ however the editing we did for the music video was so much more than what we did for the film.
In terms of performance, in the opening scene of the film you had a very specific script and a storyboard that you stick to making the whole production easier. However when doing a music video, to make an exact story board was very hard because of the quick switch in location and the different shots we had to do. Because of this we went to the location with a rough idea what we wanted and did the scene at the location at the location after which we went to the editing suit to edit the music video. We would revisit the location 2 or 3 times to improve our shots and film better shots at the location.
Looking at the blog, there was much more posts we had to do because we did more planning, meeting and editing which took alot of time and effort. In conclusion we thought A2 media was very much harder than AS due to workload, the planning and organising we had to do.Today our group was in the computer room doing blog work. Our teacher very generously created a checklist, which showed all the tasks that had to be completed in the blog. We held a group meeting in which we used the checklist and went through the list ticking all the tasks that we have done and marking all the tasks we haven’t don so far. The tasks we did not complete was shared between all four members of our group and worked on them individually. Each task that wasn’t complete was assigned equally to our group members to be done. At the computer we were doing our separate assigned tasks.
Picture not up!!!
This is a magazine advert for the artist “wretch 32” selling tickets for a live performance. The artist is a “rapper”
We discovered from the advert that magazine adverts should clearly show the artist show what they are doing and show prices for the event clearly. The advert clearly also shows the time and place very clearly. This is done in this advert as we can see date and time clearly the date is presented in red to clearly stand out.
The advert follows the theme of his album which is called black and white and the picture is predominantly in black and white, but has other colours for the date so its clear and appealing to the intended audience.
This is a magazine advert for the artist “wretch 32” selling tickets for a live performance. The artist is a “rapper”
Our inspirations for the video varied. Mainly the idea of performing the video was one that we got from watching other music videos. We realised this was good as it kept the viewer entertained and perhaps re-iterated the lyrics being sung. For choice of locations we decided to keep it simple as we didn’t want locations that would take away too much attention from the message the music was conveying. Our costume ideas came from a range of sources ,ranging from what we saw as being popular fashion and what we saw on TV shows and music videos we also had to ensure that our costumes kept in line with the genre of music we were doing e.g. in "hip hop" or "r&b" the costumes tend to be ones that convey a lifestyle of wealth and tend to show jewellery and other material possessions this would look out of place in a video like ours . To make sure we didn’t get this wrong we studied artists such as "rizzle kicks" and "Tinie tempah"
Green screen technology is modern equipment which is used from Hollywood films to the weather forecast. If you shoot on the green screen with a single colour (green), it allows you to make that colour transparent and replace the colour green with another image selected by yourself. In our video we used green screen often to change our background into a white plain background with the letter ‘E’ on the side which stands for ‘Example’.
This was very useful because when using this, it made our music video look professional as real video music video use this. We enjoyed playing with the green screen as we could insert any background that we wanted onto the green screen.
However I would have to say it was hard to remove all of the green of the green screen and we found it hard to manage the shadow which was being reflected onto the green screen by the studio lights.
Because there where four members in our group there where a clash of idea’s and had disagreements on what transaction or editing was to be used in our video. This made it hard to make quick progression and complete our music video. I thought this happened because all four members including myself (Jubil) were individuals who where strong minded and had different taste. Because of this there were disagreements within the group not because there was no teamwork or co-operation in the group but because everyone wanted the best for the group and the video. Because of this we decided to take a professional approach to this and elected members to be in charge of different sections. We decided Giuseppe should be in charge of the music and myself (Jubil) being in charge of the blog work. This way there would be less disruption and we could move and finish the video quicker. However we all decided that everyone would still help and contribute to the group and put a 100% effort to get the best grade possible! This made us a stronger group and made us more determinded.
For the past few days we have been editing our music video using the computer software Final Cut pro. We epically concentrated on adding effects and transactions to our music video. We did this to make our music video more professional by making our video have continuous editing in order for the audience not to detect a change in the scene.
Also after filming our scene on the green screen, we edited the footage on Final Cut Pro. We made the green background transparent and added a white background with the letter ‘E’ on the side. We did this because on most of Example’s video this is done and we wanted to show continuity.
Furthermore, whilst Giuseppe and I (Jubil) were working on the music video, Gasim was busy creating and editing the magazine and album cover of music album. This way more work was being completed faster. Gasim was editing the album cover by changing the brightness and colour of the initial picture to make it as noticeable as possible to attract customers attention and add relevant information to the album cover such as the name of the artist and when it will be coming out.
This is a rough timeline we had created at the start of the course. We knew timing would be crucial to finish the music video and the blog on time. To help us with this we created a rough time line to give our group an idea of time and what must be done. This gave us huge help in making sure we are on task and on time and if we did fall behind, as we already have many times, we knew more hours outside Media lessons would be needed to complete the tasks.
After looking at the opening minute of our music video completely edited on the computer using the software Final Cut Pro, we decided some of the scene’s where not as good as we thought it would be. To be more precise, we thought our establishing scene of our music video, which was shot on the city centre, was too shaky and the panning of the shot was too obvious. Because of this we decided to reshoot the scene again by going to the location (Top floor of Andale car park) and filming it again. We reviewed the new shot on the camera and were happy with it. We felt the new footage we shot was much better as there was no shaking as we used a Tripod and the panning was more professional.
We also decided to film again the lip synching against the wall of all members of our group. This is because we thought our lip synching did not match the music as well as it could do and we thought some of the music we lisped to be slightly wrong timing. This is the reason we decided to re-film this and to make it look more professional. Because we knew exactly what we were doing and how we were doing it, we was able to film the footage quickly and effectively with the improvements. We saved the music ‘Stay Awake’ on our mobile phones and played it making it easier to lip sink too.
After this we continued working the editing suite, continuing to edit our music video and replacing old footage with the new footage. We were very happy with the progress made so far and even though we are slightly behind schedule, we felt we could work hard and be on track.
I analysed various music magazines which are read by millions of music lovers. My advertising in these magazines would cost a lot of money but advertising in these paper would increase the publicity of our music and the video.
We analysed the album cover to get a ‘feel’ of the magazine cover so that we had a better idea to know what kind of advert we had to make to make sure it fit the magazine. We looked particularly the colour tine of the magazine and the content. By having a better idea of the magazine we knew it would give us a better idea of what type of magazine advert we had to produce e.g. tine colour.
This is a magazine advert of the singer Ne-Yo advertising his new single ‘Mad’. The black suit and white shirt by Ne-Yo is smart, neat and formal. This shows he is rich, wealthy and has a fashion sense. The Advert focuses on the artist making the advert more attractive and easier to spot. The advert uses low depth of field making the audience focus on Ne-Yo and not the background. The white writing makes the title look clear and big. The photo being shot from a low angle makes Ne-Yo look powerful and big.
I thought the low depth of field used in the picture made the audience concentrate on the artist Ne-Yo and not the background. This shows what is most important in the advert and making background burly helped to focus on the artist Ne-Yo.
However I did the fact the tilt used when taking the picture was a mistake. I did not like this because I would of thought the picture would of looked more effective if it was straight. Also the title of the song ‘MAD’ is not very clear making it hard to read.
The target audience of the advert is young girls aged from 16-23. This is because the smart look and the black hat make the artist look good attracting female attention. Because the song is slow and emotional, this will also attract further female attention. I also think the secondary artist would be men aged between 116 – 23. This is because I think the style portrayed by Ne-Yo looking professional, young and wealthy is something that all young men look to do.
The magazine cover of the magazine Scratch is of the rapper Lil Wayne. The big picture of Lil Wayne attracts readers to read the magazine. Also the yellow writing of the name of the magazine makes the title clear and noticeable. The ‘Simply the best’ tag at the bottom right of the magazine shoes the readers Lil Wayne is talented at what he does and gives the readers a positive image of him self. He was worn casual clothing by wearing jeans, a top and a zip up coat with a basketball hat. This could represent Lil Wayne expressing how he just an ordinary person as though he is one of us. The white and blue writing is very attractive also.
However we think the facial expression of Lil Wayne being sad doesn’t match the idea the magazine. We also feel there is too much writing on the front cover making it look crowded and packed. We also felt the background was too dark and as a result made it look unattractive.
We think the audiences targeted are 18-25 year olds. This is because the picture of Lil Wayne and the color scheme is not one which you would do to target children or over 40 adults.
This is a magazine for the artist Wiz Khalifa’s album Rolling Papers. From looking at the magazine cover the main image is the picture of Wiz Khalifa. This can be very effective if the artist is very popular and recognized easily by the public. This is because the public will see the magazine much easier because of Wiz Khalifa’s photo stand out more effectively than if it was just writing in big words. This will attract a much more readers making more people aware of his new songs and album. The red writing with the white background makes the writing stand out. Also with Wiz Khalifa’s hair in the way of the heading, it will persuade readers to open the magazine and read about it. By just looking at the magazine you notice the face of the artist immediately which suggest the target audience is teenagers and young adults, hence the immature facial expression. The brown jackets fit into the whole picture as the artist front hair is also brown. ‘Hip-hop rookie of the year’ title gives readers who don’t know who Wiz Khalifa is an idea he is famous and talented making them want to read the magazine.
Katy Perry
Katy Perry is on the front cover of the well known Blender magazine. Because Katy Perry is famous and is popular among music fans, this easily to attracts readers into buying this magazine. I think the target audience is mainly music fans but also as primary audience men. This is because of the outfit worn by Katy Perry. This is very clever because it is clear most fans of Katy Perry are females and so a large percent of the sales of the magazines would be by females. However by having an attractive and seducing photo as such, drags male attention to the magazine cover increasing the number of men buying the magazine and so increasing the awareness of the artist song. The pink writing reiterates the female touch to the magazine and makes the magazine cover look attractive. The font is a good size making it easy for readers to read and the white background make the album cover look professional.
Today we continued filming our music video. Our set today was at a shisha bar, which we had decided on in our planning meeting and after which we went to the park to film further. At the Shisha bar we had to pay £7 for all four of us. All staff was very welcoming for us to film at the shisha bar and helped in every way possible. After filming at the shisha bar we reviewed our footage and felt the lighting was poor and dark. Because of this we added natural night by opening windows and curtains wider making the bar lighter. Because we had revived our footage the first time we as a team were able to save time and money. The second time we did the shoot we were happy with the footage and the lighting of the bar.
After this we went to With-worth Park to continue shooting. We continued filming at the park as planned. However due to repairs to the park we changed location. We thought if we stayed at the location as planned it would not look professional having builders and machines in the background and so moved to the other end of the of the park and continued filming our scene. We were very happy with the amount of filming which was done and the quality of it.
Drake, one of the biggest Hip-Hop artists in the world released his new song ‘Take care’. The album cover is mainly dark with the artists name in white writing making it stand out. The face of the artist Drake make up the most of the album covers because he is famous and will be recognized quickly and easily. The Parental Advisory is also on the cover making it suitable for the younger generation.
We thought the fact that the album covers not having much writing on the front made the magazine look simple and neat. We also though by putting the white writing on top of the black background made the writing stand out and made it much clearer. We also thought by having the Parental Advisory mark increased sales as parents were positive there was no bad language and nudity in the song or magazine making it suitable for children to read.
However we also did think very little information on the front cover made the album look plain and boring as well. We felt it looked too simple and lacked in information. The dark effect used on the face of the artist Drake, making his face look s mixture of blue and green made it look unrealistic.
I think the target audience is 17-29. But I think this will also appeal to younger and older generations. The magazine is very simple with no additional information.
The album cover of example ‘Stay Awake’ has a simple cover with a black background with the letter ‘e’ in yellow at the middle of the cover. ‘Example’ is written within the letter ‘e’ with the release date is also written at the bottom. The ‘e’ is linked with the video as the letter ‘e’ is referred to many times in the actual music video.
As a group we thought the colors used made the album cover stand out and thought this was one element that we would consider when designing our own album cover. Also the way the album cover had very little text apart from the artist and the release date made the album cover look neat and tidy. However we that the fact of not having a picture made the album cover look boring and dull and decided that when designing our own album cover we were not going to do this.
As a group we decided that the idea of Tinnie Tempah holding a city in his arms was a very clever idea. This made the cover not only looks good but also made the audience think about the picture. Having a picture within a picture was a good idea and something we would try do when making out own album cover.
Tinnie Tempah- Discovery
Tinnie Tempah’s albums cover for the song ‘Discovery uses a various number of dark colour tones on the album cover. Firstly the font on the top left is not just a standard font of writing but a much more sharper and pointer font making the text more noticeable and attractive. The colours used and the background and the background itself of the stars makes the artist looks as though he is in space. This makes the album cover look adventurous and Sci-fi. The colours used make the album an outer space look making the cover also more attractive and noticeable. We can also see that the picture has been edited very much and different types of effects have been used giving it more of an adventurous look.
However we thought that the whole album cover was too ‘busy’. There were too many colours and editing making the cover, we thought too imaginative.
I think the audience is teenagers and young adults aged between 14 and 22. This is because the album cover looks adventures and creative. Also the genre of the music is one which is more likely to be listened to by a young audience.
Rihanna- We found love
I think with this album cover its target is men aged 14-28. This is because the artist is a very good looking woman as the front cover attracting male buyers.
However we also thought that picture was too simple and some buyers would think it would look a little dull and boring. Also the costume of Rihanna is very casual and normal. The album cover of Rihanna’s- we found love is a simple cover in black and white. The picture is of Rihanna walking down a street looking at the camera. On the bottom right of the album it has the letter ‘R’ and the title of the song. The letter ‘r’ stands for Rihanna. Because she is such a famous powerful artist, most people know what the letter ‘r’ stands for. The black and white effect shows the audience the song is sad and depressing. It gives it an emotional effect to the song as well.
As a group we that the black and white effect gave the album cover an emotion, a connection with the audience. Also we thought the album cover has very simple to do and did not consist of a lot of editing which would save us time and money.
The album cover of Jay-z is a collage of various different musical instruments such as a keyboard; guitar, saxophone etc put all together all in white with a white background. The writing of Jay-z on the top right of the album cover makes it clear to the buyers who the artist of the album is and stands out to a certain extend because the writing is black on a white background. There are also three parallel red, bold lines in the middle of the album cover which could relate to the album name ‘Blueprint3’ which is on the top right corner of the album. Next to the album name are also 3 parallel lines but in black.
As a group we thought the collage of the various music instruments was very clever because it was an image not seen before but also an image which would stay in the mind of buyers. Also the white and red made the album cover look simple but attractive. Also the black writing on the white background made it clear for the buyer to read the text. But mostly we thought how the album cover had a website was a clever idea. This could increase recognition of the website and also the album which we had not seen on any previous album covers.
However we also thought the album cover was to boring by it being mostly white making the album cover not attractive. We also thought it would be hard to recognize what genre of music the album was by looking at the album cover due to all the various instruments in the picture. Also we thought that the choice of text for the name of the artist a bad selection because it was not neat and tidy.
I think the album is targeted at a wide audience. I think there are many songs targeted at certain age groups. This is because of the various instruments on the album cover symbolizing the different tastes of different people and age groups.
Cobra starship- Hot mess
The album cover of Cobra starship is unique and very eye catching. The big writing and the ‘funky’ font of the artist group makes it stand out from the rest and attract the attention of buyers e.g. in a shop. The background of the half naked women will attract buyers but also portray a specific genre of music. The name of the album is placed on the album in a very clever place so that it is seen by everyone. The semi naked woman is biting a sweet which has the album name on it.
However we also thought the picture of thee semi naked women was inappropriate and would not fit into the audience we are targeting for. Also we think due to the picture it would stop many parents from buying the album.
We as a group thought the font of the title was very attractive and the colour made it stand out. We also thought the album name being put on the sweet the women is biting made the album cover and name of the album name memorable.
I think the album is targeted and young adults aged between 18 to 25 year olds. I think the album cover comes out as an high beat, high tempo sings at party’s. Also the font makes the name of the group hard to read and make out. This could be a problem if the group are not well known.
