Production Treatment


Song Title: Stay Awake – Example


Duration: The music for our video lasts for 3minutes and 25 seconds. This is within the boundaries for the ideal requested length of the music video.


Audience: Our video may contain clips that are not suitable for younger audiences which makes our main target audience teenagers between the ages of 13 and 19. Our video will contain scenes with flashing lights, therefore will be unsuitable for anyone with photo sensitive epilepsy. The song relates to the average student life therefore making the target audience more relevant.


Budget: Our video is going to be a low budget video (Zero budgeting). This means we are going to plan to spend as little as possible however if we do need some funding we shall equally split it between the group.


Recording Days: We decided that the best time for the group to film would be on the weekend and some evenings during the week. This means we will have loads of time to get plenty of filming done. We will have 3 weeks for filming the music video. Once the music video has been shot, we are gong to have 2 weeks to edit the video.
